What we are eating does seem to be influencing the early development of cancers. Not only breast cancer but colon cancer as well. It is those processed foods......

I am an anti-carb advocate. Carbohydrates, although delicious, don't satiate the appetite as well as protein or fats. For weight control, I recommend less carbohydrates and more protein, vegetables and some fat. You don't need to follow a full fledged ketogenic diet to lose weight or maintain a reasonable BMI.

Too much vitamin intake...

I am more concerned about "over" nourishment more so than "under" nourishment. A healthy diet should make it unnecessary to take any vitamins at all. The only exception is perhaps some calcium, vitamin D and fish oil.....

Indeed stress is bad for your health.  I particularly believe that exercise is paramount in reducing stress.   There are other methods to help reduce stress as well.

.....can't believe everything that you read on the internet. Topical magnesium to help you sleep???
The mind is a powerful organ. Double blind studies are all that you really need to believe...(ie.. half of people get magnesium ointment while the other half get a placebo ointment---both groups don't know which ointment they are getting....)
