I am quite skeptical about dietary supplements. Actual science actually only backs fish oil for heart disease and vitamin D for bone health.
I like this article. I think that all of the drinks which they recommend do indeed have some evidence based research behind them.


To help prevent illness, I totally believe in getting enough sleep, exercise and avoid stress. You do indeed have the ability to fight off illness.

Tough call in trying to avoid respiratory tract infections. Best bet is to avoid crowded environments, mask up, frequently wash your hands and disinfect commonly used items.
