I have always recommended mammograms at age 40. It made sense to me to be proactive. The Federal Task Force now agrees.

Poor diet is the main reason why there is a global surge in type 2 diabetes. Less consumption of whole grains, excess consumption of refined rice and wheat and an over consumption of processed meats are the driving forces. We should leave the oreos and salami alone....

You would think that a couch potato would not have any aches and pains. Quite the opposite. Exercise stretches all the muscles so you have much less over all pain.
