Covid 19, RSV and the flu are raging. Make sure you have received your Covid 19 booster and your flu shot. Mask up on airplanes.
Try to avoid huge gatherings. Regardless, we must live our lives.

Time to clean out all the garbage food in your house.
Stock your kitchen with healthy supplies...
Salmon, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, berries, apples, pears, tomatoes, leafy greens, cauliflower, oatmeal and avocados.
If ice cream, chips and cookies aren't readily available, you for sure will have a healthier diet.

Treatment strategies for the common cold

Home remedies for the common cold seem to be a pretty individual thing. There isn't great evidence that any one is better than the other. I like to exercise to "sweat it out" and to suck on ice at nighttime. (My wife complains bitterly about the noise of me chomping on ice during the night...beware.)
