What a drag. If the first step out of the bed in the morning causes extreme heel pain, you have plantar fasciitis. You will need to buy orthotics which support your arches. Put them in all your shoes and skip the barefoot or sandals walking. Thankfully, it usually gets better.

People who live in certain areas of the world do indeed live longer. It appears that their diet is much different than the Wisconsin cheese curd/beer diet.
They stay away from the sugars and processed foods.
