Unfortunately, the incidence of colon cancer has dramatically increased, especially in young people. A colonoscopy or a cologuard test is now recommended at age 45 and older. Please don't wait for colon cancer signs and symptoms! Make sure that you get your colonoscopy or cologuard test.

I'm still a proponent of the low carb/high protein diets out there. It is the cookies, doughnuts, pasta and pizza which cause us to gain weight.

The Wegovy pill vs the Wegovy injection

Both Wegovy pills and injectables are totally effective. The main advantage of the tablet is that it is less expensive if you are paying for the medicine yourself. Unfortunately, most insurances don't cover weight loss medication and hence most people are paying cash for this pharmaceutical.

To boost your metabolism, you need to do more than just walk.  You need to actually get your heart rate up and to actually sweat.

If you don't need a shower after exercising, you aren't going hard enough.

Assessing your work out

I like a simple stop watch to assess how fast a walk or run is going per a set distance. Obviously, the faster you go, the better the work out. I'm not sure of the value of these other devices....

The Carnivore Diet

Not really a good idea.  It is more about limiting carbohydrates.  Limiting all other food groups is not particularly healthy.
