Exercise is great!  It makes you feel vibrant.  It also is good for your heart and bones.  However, for weight control, it is better to just skip the doughnut.

Issues with washing your food before cooking.

Often washing foods before cooking transfers bacteria onto your utensils, dishes and sink. For the most part, it is better to concentrate on making sure your food is cooked properly.
