Exercise is great! It makes you feel vibrant. It also is good for your heart and bones. However, for weight control, it is better to just skip the doughnut.

GLP not only cuts the appetite, it decreases the desire for alcohol.

Yoga is a great way to relieve stress. However, I am more of an aerobic guy. I have "ants in my pants".

The development of the compounds semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) and tirepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) along with newer discoveries (cagrilintide) will help a multitude of Americans.
It is indeed a very exciting and hopeful time for health care.

Pretty simple: Cut out the carbs. No pasta and Oreos.

I vote for an emphasis on making better dietary choices and DAILY exercise. They go " hand in hand".

I vote for NOT retiring and exercising....

Often washing foods before cooking transfers bacteria onto your utensils, dishes and sink. For the most part, it is better to concentrate on making sure your food is cooked properly.

I am not convinced that certain foods/drinks can decrease inflammation.....
