Oh my gosh, those museums...

Just back from Amsterdam and London. Great tulips and wonderful landscapes. I can play tennis for hours; walk outside endlessly but those museums! I enter any of the great halls and my legs start to KILL me after three minutes. I have to find a bench and sit down. I finally googled it and found that this malady is a true entity.
I think that the only remedy is avoidance. My wife is not happy with this choice.

I am big on low glycemic fruits (including strawberries, raspberries, cherries, grapefruit, pears, apples, plums, pears and apricots. These fruits are high in fiber which helps manage blood sugar.
