How to control your blood sugar

Seems a bit more complicated than it is...
If you don't have GLUCOSE INTOLERANCE, you don't really need to worry about sugars. Your body produces enough insulin to put any digested sugars from the blood stream into your cells.
However, if you do have glucose intolerance ("pre-diabetes"/"borderline diabetes"/diabetes) then it is important to try to limit high glycemic foods.
Eat more protein and vegetables.
Stay away from high glycemic foods (cakes, candies, pizza, oranges, grapes, etc)
