Do you have enough fish in your diet? Fish is a great source of high quality protein and is a low fat, low calorie food. It is chocked full of essential nutrients, particularly omega 3 for heart health. Unfortunately, my wife has a no killing/catch and release rule for me on Green Lake.

It is here....Mosquito season. The only way to avoid those nasty critters is to lather up with Deet or stay indoors. Once bitten, nothing really works to handle the itch (except moaning and groaning)... This article is helpful in describing how to enjoy the summer regardless of the insect hazard.

Good news! You don't have to worry that your heartburn medicine can cause Alzheimer's disease. New studies don't support that notion.

It appears that VACATIONS ARE OVER RATED...... The anticipation of the vacation provides more happiness than the actual vacation. I tend to agree.

My Corgis bark incessantly. It drives me nuts..... This article emphatically states that it is my problem (and offers solutions). I am not so sure....

The evidence is mounting. Artificial sweeteners might actually contribute to weight gain. I might have to give up my daily Diet Cokes.....
