There are many health benefits of eating corn.... Corn is high in antioxidants which decrease cancer causing free radicals; decreases LDL cholesterol which contribute to heart attacks and helps lower blood sugar to control diabetes. Our Sophie agrees.

33 percent of the population will eventually get shingles (reactivated chicken pox). Many will have horrible cases of rash and pain while an equal amount will develop post herpetic neuralgia. If you are over 50, the new shingles vaccination is now available.

What we know and don't know about dieting

This study concludes that all diets are equally efficacious. It is just what one can stick to. I remain an anti-carbohydrate guy.... For me, it is easier to limit fats and protein and have NO carbohydrates than to try to just cut down on carbohydrates and avoid all fats...
