The best time to exercise?

Posted by Charles Waisbren on December 17, 2016 at 4:57 PM

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us. I am extremely thankful for my dedicated office staff and just a tremendous group of wonderful patients. In fact, today I will give all of you license to eat however many carbohydrates you want....(just today, though).
