Pretty simple: Cut out the carbs. No pasta and Oreos.
I vote for an emphasis on making better dietary choices and DAILY exercise. They go " hand in hand".

Often washing foods before cooking transfers bacteria onto your utensils, dishes and sink. For the most part, it is better to concentrate on making sure your food is cooked properly.
I am not convinced that certain foods/drinks can decrease inflammation.....
I do like the ultrafast CT cardiac scan to give us a cardiac calcium score. It does give us a good view of cardiac risk. Otherwise, I agree with this article about the futility of screening with whole body scans.
