Eating a balanced, healthy, low carbohydrate diet is all you need. A protein supplement to support muscle strength is wishful thinking.

Sorry...  I don't believe that carbs precipitate migraines.  However, I do believe that they don't satiate the appetite as well as fat or protein though...

Hence, they tend to put extra weight on.

Feeling Sick?

If you feel sick, check yourself for Covid. If negative and you still feel ill, recheck yourself for Covid. The rapid Covid antigen test only turns positive when you have enough of a virus load in your nose. Still unsure, you can get a PCR antigen test. It is more sensitive. Usually Covid symptoms last about a week. The newer variants and past patient vaccinations or infections usually make for a less severe illness.
