I am not sure about many of these suggestions. I believe in strenuous aerobic exercise to help with mood--actually getting your heart rate up (sorry walkers)...

The benedryl like nasal spray constricts the blood vessels in your nose: Hence the blood vessels are less likely to absorb a covid virus particle.

I don't know: tough just to work out just to work out. I favor any sport which you enjoy. Nothing works out the body better than an actual sport activity. Plus, the sport activity is surely going to be more enjoyable. Try pickleball: anyone can play; it is a reasonable form of exercise; it actually is fun.
