The need to get cholesterol levels less than 200

We know that high cholesterol is a significant risk factor for having a stroke or a heart attack. Particularly if you have a high calcium score on the ultra-fast CT of the heart, high cholesterol needs to be addressed. Either by diet or medication, you need to get your cholesterol levels less than 200.

Poor diet is the main reason why there is a global surge in type 2 diabetes. Less consumption of whole grains, excess consumption of refined rice and wheat and an over consumption of processed meats are the driving forces. We should leave the oreos and salami alone....

Couch potatoes actually ache more than active people

You would think that a couch potato would not have any aches and pains. Quite the opposite. Exercise stretches all the muscles so you have much less over all pain.
