Ready or not: Here comes the flu season

Flu season is arriving! .....Yes, on top of Covid. If you are over 65, you will need to get the high potency flu shot. If you are under 65, the regular flu shot will do.
The usual preventative precautions apply: hand washing and avoiding crowds. Masking still remains a good idea but is indeed getting tiresome.
The new Covid booster needs to be added as well. It is more effective in protecting you against the Covid variants.
