High Intensity Interval Training is the way to go

I know: High intensity interval training is the way to go. I admit, I just plow along on my indoor recumbent bike for an hour a day. It is quite difficult to push to get to the high intensity level. Do the best that you can do.... Any exercise is better than none at all.
