Indeed, there are many health benefits in dancing. It is reasonable exercise, good for your balance, helps mood and might even help control your weight. Plus, don’t overlook the social benefits: Dancing is a great way to spend quality time with a partner or meet new people if you don’t have a partner. Good luck...... I think that I'd rather be ice fishing.
