Do not become sleep deprived!

Embrace "night-night" time. You can't train yourself to require less sleep and it is not healthy to be sleep deprived. Watch COPS from 8:30-9:00 pm and then go to sleep. You should be getting 8-9 hours a sleep every night. Read more:
