Although we are making great progress against Covid 19, it is still safer to exercise outside rather than in a closed gym. The smaller indoor space, heavy breathing and multiple exercisers make the gym experience risker than being outside. It is summer now. Get out to walk, jog, bike or do your yoga on an outdoor mat.
Turning the corner on the pandemic is a great time to reset. We need to lose those Covid 19 pounds and get back into shape.
The weather has turned nice. Spring is here. Gardening is good for your muscles, helps reduce stress, gets you your dose of vitamin D and is Covid worry free. Visit your garden center and get to work!
Good news! It now appears that as long as you are outdoors and socially distanced, it is safe to be without your mask.
Indeed, we are finding out about Covid 19 variants. Some cause more severe disease than the original Covid 19 virus. All the vaccines are effective in preventing severe disease from all the Covid 19 viruses. Add it to the list of why you should get vaccinated.
Beware! It might take a while to get back feeling comfortable with other people.
