With new Covid 19 variants popping up, it is particularly important to get your Covid 19 vaccine booster shot. Minimally, it will limit how sick you might get if you contract a variant.
As I have been incessantly saying, partaking in less calorie consumption is the only realistic way to drop those unnecessary pounds on your frame. Our bodies are wired to maintain every bit of fat that we accumulate. Exercise might help a bit but it isn't sufficient to reach our weight goals.

It is indeed difficult to differentiate between the flu and a Covid 19 infection. Both can present with nasal stuffiness, sore throat, cough, fever and diarrhea. Loss of taste and smell for sure will let you know that it is Covid. Otherwise, you really will need to be tested for Covid to rule in or out the flu/Covid 19.
Booster time! It really doesn't matter which vaccine you want to boost your immunity with. It is just about "shots in arms". All three vaccines provide extra immunity against Covid 19.
Unlike most illnesses, days 5-10 are the crucial days of a Covid 19 infection. These are the days when a Covid infection can really become a dangerous event.
