Indeed stress is bad for your health. I particularly believe that exercise is paramount in reducing stress. There are other methods to help reduce stress as well.

Be careful with the information you read about on the internet. For instance, I am skeptical about this "better breathing" article:
Getting asleep can become an issue. I for one make sure that I don't watch any Packer or Bucks games before nighttime.
I don't really subscribe to the hydration theory. Your body tells you when you are thirsty and need hydration. When this is the case, drink.... any fluids will do.
Great news! They lowered the recommended age for a screening colonoscopy from 50 down to 45. It really is a life saving screening test. If you are TOTALLY averse, then the Cologuard stool test is a reasonable alternative.
Fresh, non-processed foods are the way to go. Thank goodness spring is coming and the vegetable stands will be opening up again. In addition, fishing season will soon be upon us....
Persistent AM sore throats are usually due to a dry bedroom and a dry mouth. I favor keeping a window open in the bedroom and water by my bed. My wife consistently complains about the former....

Once you start, the cravings get worse.
You really need to watch out for excessive sugar intake.
Strengthening your core is the main emphasis here. There are a million core exercises on-line. When the back gets problematic enough, you will have to succumb to doing them...
